Late Submission Letter
We want your enrollment/renewal to go as smooth as possible. A “late submission” is considered when the enrollment/renewal paperwork has not been received by the broker and/or Carrier 15 days before the expected effective date.
This letter is to acknowledge that with late submissions, your request to renew or enroll may not be approved until after the requested Effective date. In some cases, you may find out after the expected Effective date that there are issues or additional information is needed by the Carrier therefore delaying your request to renew or enroll. Furthermore, our attempt is to avoid the worst-case scenario which would be finding you your enrollment/renewal request was denied after the requested effective date, leaving you without insurance.
