On & Off Exchange Healthcare Marketplace, what's the difference?
Off-Exchange Market: Enrolling an an Individual health plan without financial assistance from
the govt. Healthcare.gov is not required to enroll in an Off-Exchange health plan.
On-Exchange Market: Also known as Obamacare. Depending on your household and income, you may be eligiblle for financial assistance from the govt. If eligible, enrolling in a Silver health plan can enhance your benefits and lower your out-of-pocket expenses. Healthcare.gov is required to enroll. KBenefits is a licensed health.gov broker.
