About Chris Kudryk. Chris Kudryk founder of KBenefits, llc has always been passionate about his work. Prior to starting KBenefits and entering the insurance industry, Chris majored in psychology at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and later received his master’s in counseling psychology at Monmouth University. After several years of working as a social worker and case manager, Chris made the switch to insurance where he found he can apply his social worker background and case management skills to help provide resources and solutions to local business owners and individuals needing insurance. Much like a social worker/case manager that provides social resources and benefits to the needy, a benefits broker brings insurance and business resources to the business owner or the individual needing insurance.  This experience along with his mastery with insurance brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to people who need assistance and choice of resources. 

Chris is extremely passionate about helping others learn and understand their insurance plan options and how to use their benefits.  Chris is a very hands-on advisor that takes the time to provide an excellent standard of service and care.  Chris spends much of his down time with friends and family, being active in the community and enjoys playing golf, tennis, skiing, playing music, live music and engaging in active events.

Chris is also an active member of his local LeTip networking chapter where he holds the Employee Benefits/Insurance seat.  In addition to being a member, Chris was asked to expand his role as Coastal LeTip publicist to further grow membership and awareness of the benefits of being a LeTip member.  To other business owners looking to further their interests, “if you want to go fast, go alone.  If you want to go far, go together.”
